Flat Iron steaks are a really nice option for a smaller meal solution and they are great marinated! Best cooked to medium and they pair beautifully atop a salad at lunchtime. The Wagyu X variety is particularly delicious and juicy. No need to use a marinade and it is great with just simple seasonings. This piece is lesser known but is a wonderful cut of steak that we highly recommend!  If you're ordering for 2, we suggest a single WagyuX flat iron, as it is a larger cut and works great for Tapas. The grass fed varieties are in packs of 2. *Sizes may vary.
