Bison Sausage comes in a full coil, as pictured. It is a lean, saltier meat that goes very well with any number of sides. Bison is highly regarded for the increased natural fatty acids that are crucial to human health, including CLA's, Omega 3 & 6 and low in calories and fat compared to many other meats. Our Bison comes locally sourced from Cyrus Bison Ranch, located near Bonnyville, Alberta. Cyrus Bison uses an All Natural approach to raising and finishing Bison. They are kept on large pastures for their entire lives and grazed using methods that mimic how the wilds herds once roamed the Prairies. Each sausage is approximately 1 pound. Ingredients: Bison, Pork, Water, Corn Starch, Salt, Spices, Garlic, herbs, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate, Natural Smoke. Filled in a pork casing.
