Hot Pot Beef is commonly used in Sichuan Hot Pot/Chinese Hot Pot, where it is dropped into boiling broth with seasonings and vegetables to cook. These well marbled, thinly sliced pieces of beef come from our Wagyu X animals from Lakeside Farmstead (Nonay Beef). Invite a group of friends for dinner and gather up some Bok Choy, Mushrooms, Noodles, Wontons, Dumplings and your other favorites and enjoy an evening together Hot Pot Style. Approximate Weight is 400-450 grams.
